Download OpenHelm for Mac

The desktop app runs agents on your Mac with your own Claude Code or Codex subscription, or a local model. It can also sign in to your cloud workspace and pick up its runs.

Version 2.2.2. macOS 13 or later. Not on a Mac? Use OpenHelm in the browser.

Getting started. About five minutes.

  1. Install

    Open the downloaded file and drag OpenHelm into Applications.

  2. Choose where agents run

    Pick Claude Code, Codex or a local model. OpenHelm checks the tool is installed and signed in, and tells you if it is not.

  3. Add a product

    Point it at a product and choose the product growth template, or start from a blank workspace.

  4. Approve the plan

    Review the agents and jobs it proposes. Nothing runs until you approve.
